Not at all. In fact, that’s exactly why Little Bean Digital exists. My goal is to clear away the "digital weeds" and explain everything in plain English. We’ll go at your pace and I’ll make sure you feel confident with every tool we use.

We’d usually start with a Website Health Check (The Root Check). This helps me see what’s working and what’s getting in the way of your enquiries. From there, we can make a plan to get it performing properly.

Nope! I offer One-Off Packages for specific projects or setups. If you decide you’d like Ongoing Support, those are monthly rolling memberships, giving you the flexibility to adjust as your business grows.

I know you're busy running your business, so I aim to take the "faff" off your plate. For strategy sessions, we’ll need about 60–90 minutes of your time. For ongoing support, we usually have one check-in a month. I handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your customers.

Please do still get in touch! I have over 10 years of experience in the marketing world, so there’s a good chance I’ve tackled something similar before and can certainly help.
However, my priority is always to be upfront and honest with you. If a project falls outside of my expertise, I won’t just leave you hanging. I’m lucky to have a "garden" full of brilliant contacts… trusted friends, talented colleagues and even former clients -who I can personally recommend. I’ll only ever point you toward people I know will provide a service I’d be proud of myself.

This is a question I get often! To be completely up-front: I don’t offer a "full management" service where I post and reply on your behalf. As a busy working mum to a toddler, I’ve found that my best value is in helping you work smarter, not harder.
While I love the power of social media, my goal is to help you become self-sufficient. We can work together on social media plans and content calendars and I can teach you how to run your own accounts in a way that produces real results without taking over your life. It’s about growing your presence in a way that’s sustainable, manageable, and (most importantly) effective.

I believe in total honesty and transparency, which is why you’ll find all my initial pricing clearly listed on my Services Page. If you find that your needs don't quite fit into one of my standard packages, don't worry. We can have a chat and work together to agree on a fair, bespoke cost that reflects the support you need and the stage your business is at.

The Marketing Strategy Session (The Growth Map) is a great, low-cost way to get professional advice and a clear plan you can implement yourself. I’m always happy to be honest about what will give you the best "bang for your buck" at your current stage.

Not at all. While having a tablet or a laptop can be helpful for some of the bigger tasks, the vast majority of what we’ll work on is perfectly 'doable' on a smartphone. I’ll show you how to manage your digital presence in a way that fits into your day - even if you're out and about with just your phone in your pocket.

I’m a thrifty girl at heart! I always look for the simplest, most cost-effective tools first. Many of the foundations we’ll set up (like your Google Business Profile) are completely free to use.
